About Escapeez

Our Story

 At Escapeez, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the thrill of an escape game. We began our story as enthusiasts and quickly fell in love with the immersion, challenge and story line aspect of the games. 

 That's why we created Escapeez - to share our joy and to provide a fun and challenging experience for people of all ages.

We offer a variety of escape games that will test your problem-solving skills and teamwork. From thrilling heists to exciting treasure hunts, we have something for everyone,  whether your on a Team building Work Event, Date Night, Out with Friends & Family, Vacation or an Enthusiast,

1. An Escape Room is a themed, interactive, immersive game experience where participants must solve puzzles, riddles and progress to the final objective and "escape" within the designated time allotted.


2. A Game Master will be provided for every experience and will assist you, if needed, at your request.


3. If this is your first time or your a seasoned enthusiast, no worries, your Game Master will explain the rules, locks, and theme to you and will be there for you every step of the way if you request.


4.Attention to detail and communication: Puzzles and riddles may be hidden or require multiple parts to solve. Make sure you communicate with your team on anything you observe.


5. Rules & Guidelines: Please observe your surroundings and familiarize yourself with the specific rules & guidelines of the room your are visiting. Such as, but not limited to-no climbing on furniture, walls or gates in room, no use of excessive force or tampering with light bulbs and outlets-to name a few... These may also include restrictions on certain actions or guidelines for safety and etiquette. Your Game Master will discuss further.


6. Please feel free to ask your Game Master any question or concern you may have.

No, You will not be locked in a room or restrained. You can exit any area of the game at any time you wish. We do our best to keep you in the immersion without stopping you from exiting. We want you to escape!

Our puzzles and challenges vary in difficulty level, but we strive to provide a fun and challenging experience for all players. Don't worry, our staff is always available to provide hints, nudges and guidance if requested. 

All of our rooms are private bookings of 2-10 players. If your party has 2 or more, then it will only be your party participating in the time slot you booked.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled experience depending on the size of your party. This will allot you time to complete your waivers and use the facilities if needed.


Please note: All games have a 10 minute "Grace Period" after your scheduled booking time. After 10 minutes, the game clock will start with the missing time deducted from your time. Refunds will not be provided; Please see cancellation policy below.

No, outside props or tools are not allowed to be utilized in Escapeez game rooms. All necessary items, tools, or props will be provided in your experience. Please keep these items on your person or in your vehicle.

Your bookings are non-refundable. We can help you reschedule with a 48 hour notice to a different time slot of the same day as your booking or a different day within the same week if  it is available. This is at the total discretion and availability of Escapeez.
